Hi
I subscribed to acrobat premium, when I try and edit it says I need to subscribe.
i try to subscribe again, it says I already have a subscription.
then it goes to an error
i have deleted and re-installed.
wasted countless hours,....
contacted Adobe who says it's not their problem and to look in the community.

I hope you're doing great, and sorry for the issue you're experiencing.
Could you please try to switch the network on your device?
If you're using your Wi-Fi, please switch to cellular data and check if it works.
Also, are you logging in with your Apple ID or Adobe ID? Kindly try to log in with your Apple ID once.
