I can't print any pdf file when opening any pdf file .

I get a massage " this file cannot be printed. 

I use android Galaxy s 23. I am a free user of Acrobat reader.

Would you mind sharing a few more pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat you use (go to Home-> Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. The Android version of your device;

3. A screenshot or screen recording of the issue for better understanding.

Please see if the app is updated to the latest version.
