Hi I am also experiencing the same problems as mentioned as all these people. With the new update on October 2018, years and years of my class notes are GONE. When I click 'Files' and than 'On This Ipad' there are no documents there besides a 'Welcome'  to Document Cloud. This is so unprofessional and uncalled for. Please give us a solution. This $200,000 USD of medical notes gone. I have not done anything out of the ordinary with my iPad since I owned it.

Hi Burcint,

It would be helpful if you can share the screenshot of the options you get when you try to find the documents saved on the Local.

To share the screenshot, use the steps provided below:

- Click on the insert icon provided in the reply window as shown below:

- An Insert Image window will appear.

- Then click on Insert Image and browse the location where you have saved the screenshot file.

- Select the file and click on Open > Insert Image.

Also, share the exact steps you do to find the files on the mobile app.

Hi Burcint,

To view the local files on the device after the update, refer to the steps mentioned below:

- Launch the Adobe Acrobat Reader application on the device.

- Click on "Files" at the bottom.

- Then at the top left, you will find an option "Locations". Click on that.

- Select "On this iPad" option to open the local files.

Check if you can find the documents there.

Let us know if you still not able to locate the documents.

Regards,

Meenakshi
