I read my daily paper (The Globe and Mail) as a pdf on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 SM-T500 using Acrobat Reader  v 23.2.1.26166. A couple or more months ago, it started this odd behavior where if I zoom in on part of a page, or scroll to the next page, large chunks of the page, corresponding to article layout, go blank - they display as a white screen. If I exit and reopen, all is well for awhile and then it happens again.

I have tried clearing cache and reinstalling, and that did not help. Any ideas?

Hi @SandyAlexC,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

The issue could be due to the architecture of the file. Do you experience the issue with a single file or all the files?

Would you mind sharing the file with us to reproduce on our end? Also, a screen recording or a screenshot of what you see would be of great help to understand better.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi @Andy379753610a3l,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

We recently shipped a few changes to the rendering of the application for larger files.

However, this also depends on how fast the device is able to process the document.

While this is still a work in progress, would you mind sharing the file with which you experienced the issue? This would help us test the issue in-house and work on it better.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Same here as well... But funny things is not happening to big files. It happens to me on small 1M ish files only
