Hi,

The subscription amounting to 2600 INR has been purchased mistakenly when I clicked in free trial. I know google play will refund the amount but there is no option for refund when I click on Manage subscriptions. Please help me out here. Would really appreciate. Also, money should never be deducted without asking CVV number. This is simply unauthorised payment.

Hi Juhi

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that. As described you want the refund for the subscription.

Google manages the Acrobat Reader premium subscription purchased from Google Play Store. You can cancel your subscription using the Google Play Store app on your Android devices.

For step-by-step instructions, see Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play.

For more information, please check out the help page - https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/mobile-app-faq.html

Hope it will help

Please be noted that Google play store has simply said that they wont be able to refund the amount as money has reached to Adobe. Howcome Adobe is charging 2600 for a 7 day free trial. Adobe didn't even ask for a CVV number and made an unauthorised. Pls note that I will reach out to consumer forum, twitter and even raise a dispute with the bank if my money is not refunded. This is simply cheating.

Just check the attached image and see what google is  saying.

Same thing happened with me half an hour back. The amount of ₹2600 has been deducted for 7-day trial period without any authentication. I contacted adobe helpline number, they said that if i cancel the subscription the amount will be refunded but there is no option of cancellation and when i login into my Google Play Store account on desktop, it says there's no subscription but in google play store, there's subscription. It's simply a fraud. I am going to file a report in consumer court.
