I cancelled my subscription. I never received my money back. I also list accessing the premium version. Someone please get in touch!

I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to track any active/paid plan. If you have used a different Adobe ID, please share it via private message so we can track it further.

I am unable to find any active Adobe plan using the email you are using on this community. I have shared the GPA number with our billing team internally, which you have provided, for further tracking.  I will update you as soon as I get any information from the team.

It is not an active plan. I cancelled it but never received the money.
Besides that my account is not premium any more either.
All I want is to receive my money back; if not possible, active my premium
package back.
