Refund or Back to Premium!!!!

I cancelled my subscription. I never received my money back. I also list accessing the premium version. Someone please get in touch!

I have checked your Adobe Account and found that you have Acrobat Premium subscription purchased via Samsung, You must have got a email confirmation from Samsung post purchase, could you share the Store Order number starting (with GPA) so we can share it with our billing team to process your cancellation request.

It is not an active plan. I cancelled it but never received the money.
Besides that my account is not premium any more either.
All I want is to receive my money back; if not possible, active my premium
package back.

Hello,

I subscribed to Adobe Acrobat Premium through Google Play, and was charged
$69.99 on May 24, 2025, after the free trial ended.

After noticing the charge, I canceled the subscription and also filed a
dispute with my bank (Bank of America), because I had not intended to
continue the subscription.

I now received a response from your support team stating that a chargeback
was processed by Google on June 10, 2025.

However, my bank ultimately denied the dispute, meaning the chargeback
failed and the money should have been returned to Adobe by Google.

As of now:

I do not have the $69.99 in my bank account.

My bank confirmed the dispute was rejected.

My Google Play history shows the charge was not refunded.

My Adobe Premium access was removed.


Therefore, I would like to confirm:

Has Adobe received the $69.99 now that the chargeback has failed?

If not, can you provide clarification or documentation showing that the
payment was not returned to Adobe?


I am trying to determine where the funds are so I can take the next
appropriate step. I appreciate your help in resolving this.
