Hi,

I only downloaded acrobat but was charged for the Export PDF. I contacted Google support to request for refund but they told me to ask you instead. I already had it cancelled. Can you refund it back to my card?

Hello,

I have checked that you had purchased the Adobe Export PDF service from the Play store on your Android device.

The service has been canceled now. However, as the service was not purchased from Adobe Store there is nothing that can be done from our end.

I see that you have canceled the service on the same day of the purchase. In this case, you will get a full refund for the service. The refund amount credits in the account within 3-5 business working days. If the refund amount did not credit to your account, I would suggest to contact the Google support team as the refund will be initiated from their end.

Hi,

I already contacted Google but they said that the refund should be given by

you and not them.

As the service was purchased from the Google play store, there is nothing that can be done from our end.

Please contact Google support team for the refund related details.
