I started the Adobe Acrobat Premium trial and canceled it on the same day.

However, I was still charged €16.75

I would like to request a refund, as the cancellation was made during the trial period.

ich habe das Adobe Acrobat Premium Abo am selben Tag gekündigt, an dem ich das Testabo gestartet habe.
Trotzdem wurde mir der Betrag von 16,99 € abgebucht.
Ich bitte um eine Rückerstattung, da die Kündigung innerhalb der Testphase erfolgt ist.
