REFUND

Please sort me out a refund for my subscription that was supposed to be a 7 day free trial.  I can not believe I've woken up to you taking money out of my account unnecessarily. If I had to pay for the service I wouldn't of got it. It also never performed the task I wanted anyway. Absolutely useless. Please give me my koney back ASAP
