Save a Copy to OneDrive not working

When I try to save a copy of a PDF to OneDrive, regardless of whether it's already been uploaded to Adobe Cloud storage, it won't save and says there's an error in the saving process. I really need this to work. How can I get this process functioning properly? I use Android on a Motorola phone

Correct answer Amal.

Hi there,

Hope you're all doing well.

This issue has been fixed in the latest June update of the Acrobat Android app. Please go to the Play Store, update the app to the latest version, then restart your device and check if the issue is gone.

If you still face any problems or need more help, just let us know,  we're happy to help!

I guess this is still an issue..... having to save the PDF to my phone and then upload within OneDrive is super annoying . Its 2025 people, we're living in the future!

Well, I just tried and today it works as it did too many months ago...

I just tried again and get the same message - Error saving this document.

Is there still not any fix to this problem? I have not had this issue until the last month. I was surprised to search on this and see it has been going on for many months. I too need this to work and have always used it on a daily basis. This is not acceptable.

It was temporarily resolved (well I was able to Save a file) then they did another update and back to square one. We can put men and women on the moon but Adobe can't or won't, it seems, fix this issue. All they do is keep asking for video examples of the issue 🙄.

No solution, but my workaround is to have M365 open pdfs on my phone by default. Doing that, means that I can save the file to OneDrive. Works well for attachments, but no so good for downloads.

Any updates on why this has not been resolved as yet. Like other forum users, I rely on this feature for business hence why I pay a monthly subscription fee for Adobe Acrobat Pro. I do like to get what I am paying for!

This sucks.  I wish they'd fix it.  I've reset Adobe and one drive.  No improvement.

Android on a s25.

PDFs still won't copy to Onedrive! See attached. Once you fix the issue
and the program works properly, then you may begin to bill me again. I
think it's time to have Adobe officials answer to US Congress! This is
consumer fraud at its finest.

Tried all avenues guys.

This was one continuous chat believe it or not.

The definition of passed from pillar to post with no one wanting to acknowledge the situation or deal with the problem. Started to wonder if this is planned else you couldn't more obviously go out of your way to avoid dealing with it!

Incredible. I admire your patience. By the way, you mention iPhone, iPad and computer; the problem exists also on Android (I have a Samsung S22), where it used to work. I presume it is a problem with authentication on OneDrive.

Does it help posting the problem here? Seems only a bunch of user feedback their problem and nothing solved, it's been more than a year this unable to save problem happened on mobile device, both on android n apple devices.

I guess most user use "fill and sign" and unable to save the signed document into one drive, the only way to go around it is to save the signed document into to your device, then manually upload from your device to one drive, no short cut to it.

don't bother to wait for adobe to fix the problem on mobile devices, it will never be fixed, either do it manually or move on elsewhere

Their Customer Service is shocking. We can get men to the moon but Adobe can't undo an update that caused this issue in the first place.

No one should pay for their software from this firm.

This is ridiculous! Having the same issue, they make the coolest software, but can't solve this problem??? Over a year now! instead investing in a.i. tools nobody wants!

Same problem here. To think I alllllmost went on the paid plan 😱. It seems I've dodged a bullet now I've seen how incredibly long a response/fix is concerned from a tech giant charging premium fees for their service and what I'm sure would be a relatively simple fix.

Yeah, well .... they owe me 3 months of refunds so far!  This is definitely breach of contract ... Charging for services and not providing them!

Everyone on a Paid Plan needs to put in a claim for a Refund.
