Hello everyone, I am Patrick from Germany. I am using editable pdfs on my iPad and want to save them so that nobody can change them when i send them. Does anyone else have this issue? Thanks for your support and greetings from Germany.

HI Fraim1990,

We just released Acrobat Reader 18.12.00 to the App Store on December 14, 2018.

This release offers the flattening option in Acrobat's Settings > Preferences.

The forum FAQ document was updated with more details about the newly restored capability as well.

Please update to 18.12.00 and let us know what you think.

Thank you.

Hi Patrick,

The "Share Flatten Copy" option is no longer available via the new Share feature in Acrobat 18.09.13 or later.

However, there is a way to generate a flattened copy in Acrobat to produce a copy that is no longer editable.

Please take a look at this forum document.

Would you please give it a try and see if it is a workable solution for you?

Thank you.
