So i used the acrobat reader on android, it's siad 7 days free trial for the permium so i tried it out. I got charged full amount for the yearly subscription even though i cancelled it immediaetly. I contact Playstore and they said they can't refund and i should try to contact adobe. So i wrote to the email they left on Play store contact but that was 2 days ago and still no reply.
I also noticed paople left review that they saw it said 7 day free trial but they got charged.
I barely used it and to pay 30 - 35 $ for it, it's indeed too much.

Sorry to hear about your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.
The 7-day free trial is available only when you opt for the annual subscription. I checked your account and saw an active subscription for Acrobat, billed monthly, due to which Google charged you.

Hi, So I have reached out to=contact google store but i've tried and they said that i shoulud contact Adobe . As this point it's practically false advertising because I'm not the only one fall for this trick that say you are offering 7 day free trial on the premium version. So many people also got tricked by this.

This is nonsense. Sane thing happened to me. Tried the 7 day trial and canceled it the same day but was charged for $14 which Google Play says they can't refund! This is fraud.

I also have been scammed into this today BTW its 2 years on they said free trial for 7 days nowhere ever did I see it say only when you subscribe yearly ? Don't think anyone could afford a whole year up front when they are just trailing it. I am not happy I have canceled it same day yet still got stung for a month be they are rolling in it from all these money snatching they doing for a fake free trail !! 2 years in they still playing people !

I had free trial for one month. I tried it and it was to fifficult and cancel the free trial next day. Now they want money from me. This is unexceptable. So stop asking for money. I hate this .

Thanks for writing in!
Would you mind trying the steps mentioned in the above article and check if that works for you?
The subscription has to be cancelled by going to the store from where you purchased and not us.
