Some Pdf files display blank pages

Pdf files opens but shows only blank pages. Same file if opened in other applications (Adobe or other) shows the Page contents normally. An example is attached.

As per the issue description that PDF contents are not visible properly. Would you mind sharing few details to understand the issue better?

1. Make and model your device?

2. Application version?

3. If possible, could you share the PDF file.

4. Is it happening with all PDF or with some particular type?

5. Android version?

Kindly check if Acrobat Reader mobile application is updated to the latest version.

Sure,

1. Huawei Mate 20 Lite (SNE - LX1)

2. Version 21.9.0.19548 Adobe Acrobat Mobile (previous versions did not display these files either, but I thought a newer version would have solved the issue. When I realized that the problem is persistent, I decided to post)

3. Unfortunately I cannot post the file to a forum but I can mail it to your personal mail.

4. Not all pdf files but I have no information about the particular types of pdf files

5.Android version 10.0.0.288 (latest)

As we can see the application and android versions are up to date. We need the file to have a closer look at the issue. For sending a private message follow the below steps:

1. Tap my name beside my profile picture.
2. Tap send a message.
3. Write your message/attach file and tap send.

I received a note from Adobe if the problem persists.

The problem still remains unsolved.

All info you need is sent to you.

The only file I could not send was the pdf itself.

Now it is attached.

I hope to see a solution soon ...

Has a solution to this been found?  I am also experiencing the same problem.... SOME pdfs that are emailed to me show as blank pages while other are fine.  I am using a Samsung Fold 4 phone and have already uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Reader

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

With the mobile version of the application, there are certain limitations regarding the architecture of how the files are created. 

Would you mind sharing a sample file with us for further investigation and speed up getting the fix relesaed.
