Problem editing on phone ist asks me to subscribe then tells me im subscribed then gets stuck buffering
Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.
Would you mind trying the below-given steps and checking if it works:
1. Go to Profile-> Subscriptions;
2. Click on the blue button that says "Restore Purchases."
Let us know if it helps. If not, please share a screenshot of the error that you get.
Also, are you using a Mask ID? We suggest you try logging in to the Adobe Cloud storage and check if you can use your subscription here: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/.
