Subscription cancellation

Hi, I have tried to cancel the subscription in 2020 but the money is still getting deducted. When I check in mobile app, it doesn't show that there's subscription active.  This is very misleading. I'd like to know if the charges for 2022 atleast can be reversed. Thanks!
