I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the trouble.
I checked your email address registered here in the community and saw an active subscription for Acrobat Premium.
Please let me know the error you get when trying to use Acrobat. A screenshot of the error would be great.
If the application is unable to identify the subscription, you may try a few steps below:
1. Logout from Acrobat Reader Mobile;
2. Restart the device;
3. Log in back to the device.
If these do not work, you may try restoring the subscription. Please refer to the link to learn how to restore the subscription: Manage subscriptions ā Acrobat for iOS Help (adobe.com)
Also, you might want to check if you are logged in using Apple ID and not Google.
Let me know if this help.
Thanks,
Souvik.

If you have the subscription active and working on your Mac, I suggest checking the Adobe ID you are using on your mobile device.
From the description, it looks like you are using a different ID to log in to the application, which is preventing your usage of the features.
Let me know if this works.

Seems like a chronic, perpetual, consistent, persistent and unending problem Adobe has with iOS. Maybe iOS users should seek alternatives.

Hello,
I am experiencing the same issue as others on this feed. I paid for Adobe Acrobat Premium yet each time I attempt to use the editing and other features it request for me to subscribe. I have used the steps you listed above, yet it still will not work properly. Your advisement is much appreciated.

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!
I checked your account and cannot find an active subscription for Acrobat Premium.
Since it is evident from the screenshot, it looks like the subscription is purchased on a Masked ID instead of the actual email (Apple provides this feature to safeguard your email address).
In this case, I suggest contacting Apple Support to get the subscription issue figured out and fixed.
Thanks,
Souvik

Hi @Dannycakes,
Thanks for writing in!
From the screenshot, I see two different subscripitons on the page. Are you subscribed to Acrobat Pro and Acrobat Premium?
If yes, you should be able to use the editing features on your app. If this is not the case, please share a screen recording of what happens when you try to use the premium features on the app for better understanding and assistance.

Hi @Dannycakes,
Thanks for the response. I am not able to see the screenshot added to your response.
Would you mind logging in to the community and then attaching the file?

As mentioned above, please reach out to Apple Support to get the subscriptions mapped under one ID, to have the issue fixed.

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.
Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing? What happens when you try to use the application? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for more understanding.
Also, share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for further investigation.
