I subscribed to your service last month, in November of 2018, for the purposes of converting a MS Word document to a PDF. The Adobe app/service continually failed to convert my file to a PDF on my Android phone, so I cancelled the Adobe subscription a day later through the Google Pay Store. However, I never received a refund and was billed again this month for a Adobe subscription. Could you please refund the two $9.99 subscription charges for November and December, totalling $19.98?

Hi marcuse,
On checking the details for your account using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have subscription for acrobat pro dc, billed $14.99 monthly. Do you have any other email address associated with the purchase?
If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days, you’ll be charged 50% of your remaining contract obligation and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period. Refer: Adobe Subscription and Cancellation Terms | Adobe
Thanks,
Shivam
