I bought yearly subscription £68.99 and changed it on the app store to the monthly £9.99 one. Will I be refunded for the yearly subscription?

We did check your account with the same registered email on Community.

There's only one active subscription we could see, and its for Acrobat Premium subscription. If there's anything else you have entitled for, which might have been purchased through a different email address, then please share the email via private message.
