Is it possible to continue reading docs that I started on Android or Chrome when I'm using iOS? I tried and it didn't work.

I not sure but I'm pretty sure you could.  My situation is. How do I link my money pdf email. From PayPal and cash app. To my PayPal prepaid Mastercard from my Gmail emails.

Why can't you read the docs?

I can read them. They're just never at the same page.

They are synchronized when I switch between Android devices and web browsers. But when I open then on iOS, they're always on first page.

Hi @João288237278lh8,

Hope you are doing well. Per the description, you cannot sync progress across platforms.

It would be best if you were signed in with the same Adobe Account on all the devices to do so. Once that is done, with the latest update, your progress should sync across all the platforms.

Let me know if this is not so we can discuss this further.

Hi SS.
I'm signed in with the same Adobe Account in all devices. I can even see the recent file list, ant it is the same. But Adobe Reader APP on IOS seems to store the page separatedly from the cloud system.

To be clear: If I'm at page 394, on Android, I can access the same page on Chrome of Firefox. If I open it on my Iphone, it will be at page 1. If I change to page 42, the Iphone's APP will store it, and I'll start from page 42 next time I open, but it still doesn't affect the page 394 of other devices.

I'm sorry for my English. Hope you understand.
