I just subscribed to the application a few hours ago because I needed to combine PDF documents for work. It worked one time, and now that I am logging back into the application, it is telling me that my subscription has expired. I am using the application, I doubled checked my loving credentials (considering I'm using my Apple ID which logs in with face, it's hard to mix up), and I have confirmed in my APPS that the application is paid and active for another month. In fact, I'm pretty sure I purchase both the yearly and the monthly because both have been deducted from my account and now neither of them are allowed me access. Yes photos purchased along with the message that acrobat is giving. This is extremely frustrating as I am on a time crunch for work.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. I have checked the Adobe account using the Adobe ID you are logged in on this community and found that you are using the masked Apple ID, and on the receipt you have shared, it mentions about the Apple ID you have used to purchase the subscription.
Please logout of the Acrobat App and re-login with the correct ID used to purchase the plan and see if that works.
I have checked yours Adobe account as well and couldn't find any paid/active subscription. If you have used a different Adobe ID to purchase the plan, please share it with us to further look into it and track the purchase.
