Unable to open or forward PDF documents in Samsung Note 9 in WhatsApp

I am using Samsung Note 9. I have two accounts of WhatsApp in one mobile where as i am Unable to open or forward PDF documents in one account of whatsapp and the other account is working fine.

To troubleshoot PDF issues in WhatsApp on your Samsung Note 9:

  1. Ensure WhatsApp is updated to the latest version.
  2. Clear WhatsApp's cache and data in your device settings.
  3. Check if there's an update for your PDF viewer app.

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

 

When using clone apps on Android, it is nothing but an image of the original application.

Since the second account is mounted on an image, the Android UI does not recognize it as an actual app to share files. This is my understanding of the situation.

 

However, as suggested above, reaching out to WhatsApp support would be the best option here.
