Unable to share PDF file

Every time I try to share my PDF file with another person it sends an error message. 
We couldn't prepare the shared copy of saidfile.pdf. Please try sharing the file again. 
I've tried different browsers and also saving the file to my phone before saving to Adobe. I'm losing my mind over this. I'm on an IPhone12 Pro.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Do you experience this with every file you try to share? Also, we were experience server issues during the time you posted the issue.

Would you mind checking with the same process again and letting us know if the issue is fixed or not? 

When sharing a file, make sure the file is not password protected or on a location that does not allow read/write permissions to the file. This can also cause issues creating a shared version.

In such cases, sharing a copy of the file is a more preferable method.
