Unable to use features

I am charged monthly for the premium features but I am unable to access them.

Hi,

 

Hope you are doing well.

We did check your Adobe account associated with the same email address that has been used to register on Community.

There we found an Inactive/cancelled subscription of Acrobat Premium. Which means there's currently no active service running under your account.

 

When you were unable to access the service, there was possibly a chance that the application wasn't synced with the entitlement. With the help of couple of troubleshooting steps, like Sign out and Sign In etc. we could get this work. 

 

Let us know if there's any further help required.

  • Please share your Apple ID (registered email) and your Adobe ID (registered email), both via Private message. 
  • Also, share the screenshot of email used to Sign In within Acrobat Reader mobile app. 

 

For sending a private message follow the below steps:

  1. Tap my name beside my profile picture.
  2. Tap send a message.
  3. Write your message and tap send.

 

For checking the Email used to Sign In into Acrobat Reader Mobile app-

1-Open Reader mobile app Tap on Profile icon

2- Chcek the email there. Is it same as Apple ID?
