I saw the Acrobat app for iPad was offering a free trial, and when I signed up to try it I was immediately charged instead. I did not agree to this and at no point was informed that I would not receive a trial.

Extremely disappointed that such a reputable company would stoop to committing fraud, engaging in deceptive business practices and bad faith transactions.

I want my money back but Adobe apparently has a policy against returning money they steal?

Hi @Ryan38927769kz70

I hope this message finds you well. Thank you for contacting us.

After reviewing the Adobe account associated with the Adobe ID you're using on this community, it appears there is no active subscription linked to this account. If the purchase was made using a different email address, please let us know via private message so we can locate the subscription for you.

Additionally, you should have received a confirmation email from the App Store or Play Store, along with a separate email from Adobe at the time of purchase. If you could provide a screenshot of those emails via private message, it would help us further track down the purchase.
