upgraded my long run acrobat reader - problems

I recently (end of Jan 2017) upgraded my long run acrobat reader for android from Play store

when trying to delete a file from sd card appear

sdcard may not writable

when trying to download a pdf to device from acrobat cloud storage - uploaded from PC - appears

there is no memory or memory full...

also sometimes acrobat closes losing current session annotations

well what to do? device has 3GB empty storage and sd card 42GB empty, Others apps like File manager can delete from sdcard, and I think only this problematic....

reinstall acrobat reader?
