Hello, i think you have a problem with PDF/A document rendering. Acrobat reader is having trouble viewing the company Callas PDF on mobile devices. Desktops are fine when PDF/A is valid (can be verified eg via https://demo.verapdf.org/ ) and the font is inserted?
Problem is ADOBE READER for SAMSUNG (android) same APPLE ADOBE READER
