Hi folks,

i have been trying to download the Canadian immigration form 5257 without success even though I just got the Adobe Acrobat Reader app on my iPhone. It keeps bringing the same error message above. Can anyone help?

Hi Emeaits,

As you have created the PDF on Adobe Acrobat DC on the desktop, please let us know how exactly you have transferred the PDF on your iOS device.

Where exactly is the PDF saved on your iPhone device?

Does the error message appear on the Adobe Acrobat Reader application or on the browser on your device?

Please provide the information asked above.

We will be waiting for your response.

Regards,

Meenakshi

Hey Meenakshi,

The PDF is opened through mail.

It was sent as attachment. So opened from mail client.

It happens with Adobe Acrobat Reader application.

Kind regards.

Thank you for sharing the information.

Please try to download the attachment first and save it on your device.

Then go to that location and open the PDF from there.

Check if the file opens on the desktop without any error.

If it opens fine there, then try to upload the PDF to Document Cloud.

Then open the Adobe Acrobat Reader application on your mobile and open the Document Cloud tab.

Search the PDF from the list and open it. Check if that works.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Meenakshi
