I have the free version and that's all I need but I keep getting these pop ups asking me to subscribe to premium or the app shuts if I open a pdf from downloads. How do I stop this?

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the late reply.
I hope you have been able to fix the issue by now. If it persists, would you mind sharing the steps you take when the pop-up appears?
As described in my previous response, the Premium Pop only appears when you have a free account and try to access premium features like Edit, Combine, Create, etc.
Also, please check the self-help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/mobile-app-faq.html for future reference.
Hope this information will help

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
Would you mind sharing the make and model and the version of the OS and the Acrobat Reader mobile app you are using? Tap on Profile > About Adobe Acrobat. Also try updating the application from the Play store and reboot the device once and see if that works.
Let us know if you experience any trouble and need more help.

Hi there
We are sorry to hear that.
Please share the make and model and the version of the OS and the Acrobat Reader mobile app you are using? Tap on Profile > About Adobe Acrobat. Also a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.
Also make sure that you are logged in with the correct Adobe ID and reboot the device once.

In Adobe Acrobat Reader Mobile, a premium subscription pop-up usually appears when users try to access features such as creating, editing, or converting PDFs—functions that are part of the premium offering.

This is happening to me too. All I want to do is read PDF's and the app won't let me on the free version. I have a Samsung S24. What can I do to fix this?

Hi @hernan_3421,
Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with using Acrobat.
I checked your account registered on the community and saw an active subscription for Acrobat Standard.
Can you check the email address on the application you used to log in? It seems like there could be confusion with the email, which leads to the issue.
Also, would you mind sharing a screenshot of the error when trying to use Acrobat?
Please run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/3JFdP6y, reboot the computer once, and install the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/4mIM2Rm and see if that works for you.
Regards,
Souvik.
