Why wont my iPad Pro pdf export work

I paid for the pdf export but it wil;l only work on my MacBook Pro not my iPad Pro. It keeps saying loading in the outbox.

What is the exact size of the file that you have exported?

For testing purpose try with a file that is smaller in size.

Also, Sign out and Sign back in from the mobile application and try again.
