Hey @Kkimmy513

I hope you're doing good.

Per the description above, I assume you're using a web browser to open the document for your email account. Could you please try the following steps:

1- Click Download in the top right corner of the screen.

2 - Once downloaded, select the up arrow ( in the bottom ); this will bring the options available for the file.

@Kkimmy513 Hi,

Thank you for writing in.

While you are on safari, please try the below steps:

1. When you open the PDF over your browser-> click the middle button that has the function to share at the bottom of the screen;

2. Once the quick share menu pops up, scroll down;

3. Click on the option that says import to Acrobat;

4. Once clicked, it should redirect you to Acrobat Reader Mobile automatically.

Let me know if this helps.

Thanks,

Souvik.

Hi Kim,

We've gotten a lots of posts about ohiobenefits.gov on this forum. Their pdf form was created with LifeCycleDesigner and you will not be able to open it on a mobile device. Can you get access to Reader on a laptop/desktop from a friend or at the library?

Jane
