I wrote to you on Saturday. My email said I would like to cancel my 7 day trial but cannot see how I do this  - can you help? 

You chose not to help. Instead you helped yourself to £68.99 of my money 

I want to resolve this quickly. Contact me immediately

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with the Subscription and charges.

 

I could not find an active subscription on the email address that you shared. As you said you are getting charged, can you please share the receipt of the charge with us so that we can investigate further. Also, if you have any alternate email address, please share the same with us over private message for better research.
