Adobe Forms on Android Tablet

HI

I have created a form on Adobe that I have put on a Samsung Galaxy Tab A6 tablet. I open the form using the Adobe Acrobat Reader app. I am able to fill in the form but when I try to use the submit button that I have created on the form, the form gets emailed to me as an attachment. When I open the attachment, the form is blank.. There is nothing on the form that I have filled .. Is there anything that I can do to fix this issue…

Thanks.

But I tried using the same form on an old Samsung Tablet and it worked OK .. It submitted and then it resets the form .. We want a form that resets itself after it has been submitted..What options do I have?

You can use 2 buttons. One submit button and one reset button.

Yes, I open the attachment on Acrobat Reader on my computer and every time I open the form is a blank form.

Disable JavaScript in Acrobat Reader and open the file again.

How do I do that? Does that have to be done on the adobe reader app on the tablet or on the adobe reader on my computer?
