Dear,

While reading a pdf file in android through this app, one can find himself in a position to delete the file. But there seems to be no option for a user to delete file from this app.

Please consider the option. It will help us keep our memory clean.

Thank you.

Hi Pallabsahabd,

We are sorry for the delay in response.

If you are looking for the option to delete the file, then definitely it is available in the application.

You cant delete the file while reading but yes from the list where you see all the files listed, you can select the one you want to remove.

How you would do that, for that you may go through the help document Acrobat Reader Help for Android: Managing files and folders

where its explained in detail.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Akanchha

Hi Pallab,

What you are looking for has already been shared above. The help document which is mentioned above explains step by step how to delete a file.

Acrobat Reader Help for Android: Managing files and folders

If the file is downloaded to some other (download) location of your device then it must have another way of deleting it depending on which Android phone you are using.

Hi @Tracey28392113xokg,

Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Have you tried clicking the three dots on the right-hand side of the file on the list-> then scrolling down to get to the option "delete"

Note: This option would permanently delete the file from the source location.
