Issue with exporting PDF to xlsx format

Adobe acrobat, which I've been using for a while, was a yearly member. This issue has been dealt with somehow, but now the application converts the pdf files to xlsx format, but the information in it is not playing with texts and information. it doesn't give me the chance to intervene in the room that just changes the extension. I have written support e-mails but I do not have the solution, I would like your help.

I have checked your account. You are subscribed to Adobe Export PDF service.

As you have mentioned when you convert the PDF, it just changes the extension.

Are you still experiencing the issue with export PDFs? If yes, could you please provide more details about the issue.

- Do you experience this behavior with a particular PDF?

- Could you please share the screenshot or any sample file? It will help us to understand the issue better.

You can share the file with the help of the steps provided here How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud

- Share the application and OS version on the device.

- Provide the steps of the exact workflow you do.

To share the screenshot, use the steps provided below:

- Click on the insert icon provided in the reply window as shown below:

- An Insert Image window will appear.

- Then click on Insert Image and browse the location where you have saved the screenshot file.

- Select the file and click on Open > Insert Image.
