How do you make a pdf file out of something written by hand

If you are still looking for the answer, then here's a simple step to do that.

Simply use Adobe Scan mobile app  to scan the hand written page and convert it to the PDF file. Using Scan app, you just need to capture the image of the paper and rest of the conversion will be done by the app itself.
