Im running acrobat from my macbook and just installed a programme on my computer that allows me to print pdfs directly on the univerisity printer. The problem is that all comes out in black and white and when I try enter the menu to change this (printer: colour settings 1) the whole programme crashes I have updated the acrobat programme, but still this is happening. I thought I might try to uninstall and reinstall the entire thing but now I cant find the files to download on my adobe account. I have CS6. Thanks!

Hi ,

What Acrobat version do you work on?

Also tell us the OS.

What is the other program you are referring to that allows you to print PDF' directly.

Are you trying to print with Acrobat or some other program?

Regards
