Hi 9x12sderw

I request you to share a sample document reproducing the issue or any screenshots you can add so that I can check it at my end.

To attach the screenshot you may refer to the link below:

Now it is clear what the problem is.

Surprising that we were led down such a long path of re-trying methods that we kept informing you were not succesful.

We suspected that Acrobat 10 and DC or 11 would not be compatible because, I'm assuming, each walks on the others prefs.

This is very poor software design. It almost gives the appearance that Adobe is doing this deliberately to force users off the CS platform and onto the monthly subscription services.

In my case it's not a preference, it's a must have. Adobe made it impossible to convert colors in a PDF that does not have a destination profile in Acrobat 11/DC.  Acrobat 10 does not have that limitation. As a printer, we need to open and easily convert color documents to grayscale.

I would cancel our CC subscriptions and just use CS if Apple had not made a disaster or CS InDesign with their new Sierra update.

Thank you for all your help but I must say I'm not happy about how long it took for you to come to the correct conclusion that Acrobat 10 and 11/DC cannot exist on the same machine.

What is troubling about that answer is I was doing it for a long time. The problem happened when I got a new Mac and had to re-install everything. Prior to that I was using both on the same machine with no difficulty.

For that reason I'm still doubtful about your opinion on this.

There are no error messages.

User is Administrator on the machine.

NOTE: I have have Acrobat DC and 10 on the machine.

Problem is happening with 10, not DC.

I prefer not to use DC because of the changes to the interface.
