Acrobat DC is not working on my MAC

I need to fill out an application online and the link for the application goes to an Acrobat DC file. So I followed the link and downloaded Acrobat DC as I was instructed. Then I tried again, and again, and again, I tried on both Safari and Chrome too. It just keeps giving me the page that says the same thing as it did in the beginning, like I never downloaded it. But I followed the steps for the download, watched the progress bar get to 100%, finished it, and I still have problems. Please help!

Do you see any error message while downloading Acrobat ?

If yes ,please share the screen shot.

Please refer the following link to download Acrobat DC.Before that you could remove/uninstall what you have downloaded already.

I did not see an error message. But maybe I'll try uninstalling it and start over.
