Acrobat professional 201.006.30119 not getting installed with Invalid Target error in Wind 2008

We are trying to install  Acrobat professional 201.006.x in Windows 2008 Machine which previously had Acrobat & Reader 9.5 in it. We removed the 9.5 version using Windows programs uninstaller as well as using the Adobe cleanup utility for 9.x. Still installation is failing with the error " Invalid Target Cannot be installed on a server 27012 error code. Please help.
