Acrobat XI pro update error 1624 on windows 10
I have been having considerable issues with acrobat since installing windows 10, mostly freezing and "not responding"....today I uninstalled the program and then used the acrobat cleaner from the adobe lab to double clean. I then reinstalled acrobat xi pro. It appeared that my problems may have been solved ALAS, moments later there was a update available alert and as I tried to install it I received error 1624. I located the error on adobe's website and followed the manual step-by-step instructions and still receive the same error.
A secondary issue occurred when I went into the windows 10 system to make acrobat my default PDF app, the acrobat logo which is customarily displayed on my PDF files thumbprints went blank!
