Adobe Acrobat 11 - Suddenly getting Error 16?

Out of nowhere, I am suddenly unable to run Adobe 11 - and receiving an error code 16.

I am running Windows 10 and have not had this problem.

Is this a delightful way to force me to upgrade to Acrobat DC (and start paying monthly fees, of course), or am I missing something?

Is it a part of CC or CS? Or do you just have Acrobat on its own?
