Hi,

My configuration:

- Windows 7 x64 SP1 (up to date)

- Pale Moon x64 v26.5.0 (up to date)

- Adobe Acrobat XI (v11.0.18, up to date)

I am trying to print a document from the website: www.lemonde.fr, but every time I have only a blank page; an example below trying to print this article:

Commerce : quel avenir pour le CETA après l’échec des négociations entre Canadiens et Wallons ?

This is the log file, which is also empty:

I feel that the problem comes from the website; any idea?

Best,

Jean

Hi jcdebarros,

Please download the document from the website on the system. Open it in Reader, navigate to File menu -> Properties -> Security and check if Printing is Allowed.

If printing is allowed try to Print the document from Reader itself.

Let me know how it goes.

Regards,
Aadesh
