Adobe Export PDF

Does Adobe Export PDF allow the user to scan a document in, edit it and save on your computer? 

Also, if Adobe Export PDF is purchased but does not meet our needs can we upgrade to Adobe PDF Pack and will we get a credit based on what we paid for Export PDF?

Export PDF and PDF Pack can't scan documents.

I understand that.  I meant if I scan in a document from our copier/scanner, can I then convert that pdf into a Microsoft Word document for editing?

You most likely will need to OCR, Optical Character Recognition, the PDF since most scanners create an image of the text and not the actual text before exporting the PDF to another format.

This is possible with Export PDF when the language is supported.
