Advanced printing options don't work

Hi all,

I installed the recently published update on the printing issue.

I can print standard again, but I can´t use the advanced printing options for our printer such as selecting paper, duplex print etc. that I used to have

before the printing bug. This really sucks, as we need our pre-sets for the different kinds of paper we print on for our business. Any ideas?

Hi

Hey,

everything works fine again, updated the printer driver twice (whatever...) and now every option is back where it used to be. Thanks for patient advice!

Hey Arnab,

I work on OS X El Capitan 10.11.4, as printer we have a Konica Minolta C 220 PS, driver version 3.6.0.

We always used the option "printer" as you told and then the options there – but the options I used to have (changing trays, paper weight etc...), are gone since the printing bug. Everything worked fine before...

It does suck. I have updated our fiery, installed the patches and cannot go into my fiery features. Fiery sites are no help and none of the forums are helpful. This has happened in the past few days. Last week I was able to use the fiery features on similar jobs. It also is not available on the Microsoft programs but that's not critical. i can't change paperweight, trays etc. Now that is critical.

I am using Mac OSX El Capitan (sadly) with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015 Continuous. All programs updated and all patches used.
