Anchor (link) not working in mobile pdf

I am trying to launch mobile from PDF file. In the pdf there are two links one for website link for example "http://www.example.com" , this link is working find and another one is link to a installed mobile app (deeplink) for example "example://" this link is not work WHY ?

and please provide solution  for second link.

One is an absolute link the other is a relative link which assumes an established base location from which one then moves from that location up down or across the directory tree. Unfortunately mobile devices do not support the directory structures that Acrobat expects and the relative links do not work.
