Can not find the 24 digit serial number

I just bought Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, and i can not find the 24 digit serial number. I can only find 2 different 19 digit codes, but it will not accept them in the student redemption? Where can I find the code?

& if you have DC, which is the subscription version, you don't get a serial number. You should have one with 2017, the perpetual license tho'

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN FING WORLD!!!! STill cant find my serial number get to the very end on the down load and still wanting a serial number that I never received with Adobe Pro DC....

If you're asked for a serial number you may have installed the wrong software (the one for people with a permanent license). What version do you have exactly, please check ABOUT.

i too am constantly asked for a serial number.  when i login it doesn't recognize that i have a subscription, however it let's me in and has my account info & charges my card consistently without hesitation each and every month.  yet, continues to ask for my subs.  then when you try to get support, it's a ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience.  NO SUPPORT.  i am canceling my subscription.

adobe support is incredibly frustrating.  no way to contact them other than this passive blog.  i am cxl'g my subs.  friggin hate companies like this that don't provide support

Hello Madigan, I guess you have paid the first month of your Acrobat subscription. You now need to download it, install it, and run it. Acrobat Reader is not changed {charged*}. Where does it go wrong for you? If you get any messages please let us have the details.

Horrible product, subscribed and can’t get the app registered, customer support is outsourced and technicians know less than I do, been 4 months and they charge me every day, horrible product, company and support!

When you subscribe there is no serial number. You just sign in and it "knows".

I have never encountered such bad customer support.  Your web sites about contacting Adobe by phone are worthless.  I have a subscription for Acrobat Pro DC, but I am constantly asked for the serial number and have to select trial.  Something is wrong.

Please provide the exact steps to eliminate this problem

I also couldn't find my serial number even tho I have subscribed to the Adobe Acrobat Pro plan. My Account ID is activated. I follow the instruction to go to My Product and Plans -> My order history -> click on Order# .. then i don't see my serial number anywhere. Please help. Thank you
