I've lost the capability to undo. The box is gray all the time. Any suggestions for getting it back?

Thanks,
Shannon

Hi shannonb37060603 ,

Could you please tell which application you are using- Reader/Acrobat?

Could you please post a screenshot of the function you are inquiring about?

Thank You!

Sure... I'm using Acrobat Pro DC with the Creative Cloud. Below is a screenshot--you can see here that I have been typing in a text box, but at the top there is no option to undo changes. So if I were to accidentally delete everything I've typed here, it would be gone forever as there is no capability to hit the undo button or use CTRL+Z. Capture.JPG
