Can you link PDF Form fields in a Portfolio?

I have four different PDF forms that I have added to a Portfolio within Adobe. These forms all have several common fields such as Part Number, Serial Number, Stock Number, and such. I want to link these forms so if the user completes the common fields in one form it completes the same ones in the other forms also.  Is this possible within the Portfolio or is my only option to combine the four into one form? I'm working with Adobe Pro XI and have added the AGI tool set.

Thanks for any help,

Chris

Hi Chris,

In Portfolio it is not possible.

But if you combine these forms, fields with the same name will share the same data.

Hi! I have created the form and I am finding that the links are not aligning correctly. For instance I will fill in the case number on page 1 and it is showing up in the wrong place on the other pages not where the case number needs to be. Is there a way to correct this?

Note: Name fields are all the same.

Hi chanceym93258904,

Would it be possible for you to share that file with us?

If yes, you may share the file using Adobe Send, Google Drive or Drop Box. You may share the file privately via private message: How Do I Send Private Message
