Certificate-based Digital Signature

Have Adobe Acrobat XI Pro. Was previously able to sign docs w/ certificate-based signature. Now I can only sign w/ invisible signatures.

Could you please let us know the dot version of Adobe application and OS you are using.

What happens when you try add signatures to document? Do you get any error message?

Please let me know the following:

1) What kind of certificates are you using for certifying PDF?

     Like certificates made from Acrobat or some other certificate?

2) Is the issue only in certifying PDFs or also digitally signing?

3) Do invisible certificate works fine with the same certificate?
